Phil Blair is a keen observer of the world of work: He thinks about work, talks about work and writes about work. Together with partner Mel Katz, Blair is co-owner of the Manpower of San Diego employment agency franchise, also overseeing operations in other Western cities. He appears frequently in the region’s business press, on television and radio and also is the author of the job-hunting guide “Job Won!” Blair is involved in multiple civic and business organizations. A Kansas native, he received his business degree from Oklahoma State.
