Lynn Reaser, Ph.D. is an adjunct professor at Point Loma Nazarene University and chief economist at the college’s Fermanian Business and Economic Institute. Earlier in her career, Reaser served as chief economist and managing director of Ban of America’s Investment Strategies Group. She is a past member of the California Governor’s Council of Economic Advisors and has been a fiscal advisor to the cities of Los Angeles and San Francisco.
