For 30 years, Lidia Martinez has been a high-profile, vocal advocate of Southwest Airlines’ commitment to corporate social responsibility. Her career trajectory took her from the border town of Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, where her mother was a housekeeper in El Paso, to the halls of corporate power. Martinez built goodwill for Southwest in the Latinx community and throughout the region. Today she is a mentor and volunteers for several organizations.
