Joe Panetta is the face of the biotech and life science industry in California. The president and CEO of Biocom California received the Lifetime Achievement Award at SDBJ’s CEO of the Year Awards in 2021. Panetta oversees an organization that sets strategic direction, guides policy priorities and champions the industry at the local, state, national and international levels.
