Dr. Eric Ostertag is executive chairman for Poseida Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company utilizing proprietary genetic engineering platform technologies to develop cell and gene therapeutics. Dr. Ostertag is the first Gene Therapy Program graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and since has founded multiple successful startups including Poseida, which he founded in 2015 and served as CEO until January 2022
