Heald has more than 20 years of experience in developing leadership teams, driving profitable revenue and growing companies, working with industry-leading companies to drive profitable growth, implement and improve culture, and create service brands that stand for quality and professional integrity. He was previously president of the Cumming Corporation for eight years and was managing director for CBRA Group, Inc. He holds an MBA in entrepreneurship from USC Marshall School of Business
