Debra Schwartz has been CEO of Mission Federal Credit Union for over 15 years. Schwartz has been a board member of NAFCU for nearly 11 years and is a board member on the executive committee at Junior Achievement of San Diego County. She was previously CFO at First Future Credit Union and EVP at San Diego County Credit Union. She is a graduate of State University of New York at Fredonia and earned an MBA in finance from USC Marshall School of Business
