Donna DeBerry is CEO of the County of San Diego Black Chamber of Commerce. DeBerry was previously Director of Inclusion at Indeed, the online job site, and was responsible for leading, developing and embedding innovative global inclusion strategies throughout the organization. DeBerry was also formerly vice president of global diversity/consultant for Nike, consulted for Starbucks in the areas of global inclusion and diversity, and was executive vice president of global diversity and assistant to the chairman of the board at Wyndham Worldwide based in Dallas-Fort Worth
