Carlos Higuera Espiritu is CEO of Trevé Corporativo in Mexico as well as president of the Tijuana EDC (DEITAC) since 2018. DEITAC promotes business opportunities in Mexico and the investment in Tijuana. As CEO of Trevé Corporativo, he oversees the company’s three divisions; Feedbak (IT development and consulting); Qinfix (aerospace contract manufacturing); and HAATS (talent and human resource services for the manufacturing industry). He is also administrative advisor at Trevé Corporativo, providing financial and fiscal advising as well as talent acquisition and executive services and business intelligence for advanced IT services.
