Even when it comes to stationary bikes, the San Diego scene is not standing still. We check in on some newcomers around the county including a great place to work up a hunger and a great place to feed that need.
A new SoulCycle studio — the second in San Diego – opened up earlier this month at One Paseo, a mixed-use development in Del Mar. The space houses 56 bikes and includes merchandise from SoulCycle’s proprietary performance line, SOUL, for sale. Classes are $20 for first-time riders and $28 per class.
Center for Advancing Global Business (CABG):
The Fowler College of Business at San Diego State University has opened the Center for Advancing Global Business (CABG). Established to support academic research and international internships and study programs, among other business-related developments, CABG will house SDSU’s Center for International Business Education and Research program and Charles W. Hostler Institute on World Affairs.
The Butchery, based in Orange County, will open its fourth location in Del Mar’s One Paseo later this spring. The butcher shop sells meats, cheeses, craft beers and wines. The One Paseo brick and mortar outlet will include a kitchen with an expanded deli and seating area. It will also be the first Butchery outside of Orange County.
