Estimated Attendance: 500 The San Diego Business Journal spotlights companies that have worked hard to create environments where their employees enjoy going to work. San Diego’s Healthiest Companies winners possess four characteristics: visible leadership support and involvement, significant investment in the wellness program, strategy for measuring the ROI, and a strong desire to create a company culture of well-being. The San Diego Business Journal awards these companies by publishing the annual list of San Diego’s Healthiest Companies and hosting a reception and awards program to honor the winning companies and guests.
