Home sales were up ever-so-slightly in October in San Diego County compared with September but still lag far behind where they were a year ago, according to the Greater San Diego Association of Realtors.
Single-family home sales increased 2 percent month-over-month, but still fell nearly 17 percent short of where they were at this time last year.
Condominium and townhome sales were up 9 percent month-over-month, but down 15 percent from where they were in October 2017.
Ramona led the county for single-family home sales for October with 43 sold in the 92065 ZIP code. The most expensive home sold in October was a 13,000 square-foot Rancho Santa Fe number that went for $13.3 million.
