Vista Carlsbad LLC, an affiliate of investor Dariush Hosseini of Los Angeles, has acquired a Vista industrial building for approximately $6.8 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.
The seller of the 41,944-square-foot property, at 1390 Engineer St. in the Engineer Business Center, was an affiliate of Los Angeles-based Allan J. Gardner Family Trust, listed as Childs Family Investment Partnership.
The property was built on approximately 3.4 acres in 2001. Current tenants include E-World Recyclers LLC.
