San Diego-based BCL Inc. has purchased the Regents Park Financial Centre office building at University Towne Center for approximately $28.9 million, according to CoStar Group.
The seller was TA Associates Realty of Boston.
The 94,668-square-foot building, at 4180 La Jolla Village Drive, was built in 1985. Tenants include Bank of the West, TEK Systems Inc. and the accounting firm Lavine, Lofgren, Morris & Engelberg LLP.
