CM Management Services Inc. of Del Mar has purchased a two-building industrial property in Sorrento Valley for approximately $6.7 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.
The seller of the buildings, at 3911 and 3931 Sorrento Valley Blvd., was R.G. Harris Co. of Malibu.
The seller was represented by CBRE Group Inc. brokers Louay Alsadek, Evan August, Paul Lafrenz, Jed Stirnkorb and Ryan Egli.
The two research-and-development buildings, totaling 52,900 square feet, were built on 5 acres in 1979 and 1980. The 3911 building was fully occupied at the time of the sale, and the 3931 building was vacant.
