Alliance Commercial Partners LLC of Lakewood, Colo., recorded as GFP Alliance San Diego LLC, has purchased a Sorrento Mesa industrial building for approximately $18.3 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.
The 121,496-square-foot property, at 6650 Top Gun St., was sold by Zimbabwe Properties LLC of San Diego. Mickey Morera and James Duncan, of brokerage company Cushman & Wakefield Inc., represented the buyer and seller.
The building was fully leased at the time of sale to Russell Sigler Inc., which has 3.5 years remaining on its lease. The property includes approximately 10,000 square feet of office space.
It was constructed on approximately 6.7 acres in 1993.
