San Diego-headquartered Sharp HealthCare has purchased a Chula Vista medical office facility for $22.5 million, according to brokerage company Savills Studley.
The 67,000-square-foot property, at 1400 E. Palomar St., was sold by an entity recorded as NHP/PMB Chula Vista LLC, a partnership between San Diego-based Pacific Medical Buildings and Chicago-based Ventas Inc.
The seller represented itself in the transaction, and the buyer was represented by Mike Labelle and Bridget Garwitz of Savills Studley.
The property houses Otay Ranch clinical operations of Sharp Healthcare’s Sharp Rees-Stealy division, which have been located there since 2001.
