A buyer listed as Evergreen & Prop Mgmt LLC has purchased an industrial property in San Diego’s Scripps Ranch submarket for approximately $9.8 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.
The seller of the 67,681-square-foot warehouse building, at 10050 Scripps Ranch Ct., was Westcore Properties of San Diego. The seller was represented by Todd Murphy and Bryce Aberg of brokerage firm Cushman & Wakefield.
The property was built on approximately 5.4 acres in 1979.
