Narwhal Holdings LLC of San Diego has acquired a Santee retail and office property for approximately $3 million, according to brokerage firm Retail Insite.
The seller of the two-building, 12,000-square-foot property, at 110-120 Town Center Pkwy. was Navy Medical Associates LLC of San Diego. The buyer was represented by Chris Ross of JLL, and the seller was represented by Retail Insite’s Brian Pyke.
Brokers said the 120 Town Center Pkwy. space is leased to Mountain Health Clinic, and the 110 space will be vacated to allow the buyer to operate a dental clinic.
