CVG Properties Inc. of Solana Beach has acquired a 70-unit apartment property in Santee for $13 million, according to the seller, San Diego-based investment and development firm SENTRE.
A SENTRE statement said Carlton Heights Villas was built in 1979 at 9705 Carlton Hills Blvd. The seller was represented by Ed Rosen and Kyle Pinkalla of brokerage firm Berkadia.
SENTRE purchased the property for $7.9 million in 2011 and invested in significant interior and exterior improvements.
