Investor Eric Choi of Irvine has acquired a three-building retail property in San Marcos for approximately $3.1 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.
The seller of the neighborhood retail property, totaling 10,700 square feet at 979, 983 and 985 Woodland Pkwy., was Woodland Parkway Development LLC, represented by Casey Young of Capital Real Estate Ventures Inc.
Tenants in the center include Mesa Family Dental, Lupita’s Mexican Food, Postal Annex, Farmers Insurance Group and Friends Yogurt.
