Kleege Enterprises of San Diego, led by Bruce Kleege, has acquired a six-unit apartment property in San Diego’s Crown Point neighborhood for approximately $2.2 million, according to brokerage company Colliers International.
The seller of the property, at 3847-63 Sequoia St. near Mission Bay, was Sequoia Street Apartments LLC, represented by Colliers’ Ciara Trujillo, David Santistevan and Gunder Creager.
The property was built in 1955 and was fully occupied at the time of sale.
