San Diego Apartment Property Sold for $14 Million

A New York City buyer recorded as College Grove 6410 LLC has acquired a 45-unit apartment property in eastern San Diego for $14 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.

The seller of Serenata Townhomes, at 6410 College Grove Drive in the city’s College Grove area, was an affiliate of Los Angeles-based California Landmark Group, recorded as SD Landmark LLC.

The buyer was represented by James Neil of brokerage firm CBRE Group Inc. The seller was represented by Kyle Pinkalla, Tyler Sinks, Edward Rosen, John Chu and Erin Dammen, of brokerage firm Berkadia.

The buying entity was led by investors Miklos and Marina Vasarhelyi of New York City. The property was built on 1.9 acres in 2009.
