A Newport Beach buyer recorded as Trea Blvd63 LLC has acquired the 332-unit BLVD63 Apartments in San Diego’s Rolando neighborhood for $156 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.
The seller of the property, at 6345 El Cajon Blvd., was an affiliate of San Francisco-based Carmel Partners, recorded as CP Lii LLC.
The four-story apartment property was built in 2014.
