Plaza 800, a 12,000-square-foot retail property in Vista, was sold to an unspecified a limited liability company for $1.76 million, said John Vorsheck, regional manager of Marcus & Millichap Inc.’s San Diego office.
Plaza 800, a freestanding strip shopping center at 800 Civic Center Drive, is part of a larger retail complex anchored by Vons, Harbor Freight Tools, and Trendy Department Store. The center consists of 10 suites and is 85 percent occupied, according to Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a national commercial real estate investment services company.
Robb Johnson, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an individual-personal trust. The buyer was secured and represented by Johnson, according to the company.
