A Morena District retail building has been sold for $2.65 million.
The 6,000-square-foot building at 1102-1108 Morena Blvd. was sold by V8 Holdings Limited Liability Company to Kilowatt Events, Inc.
Tomas Golia, Jason Vieira, and Colton Speas of Pacific Coast Commercial represented V8 Holdings.
Justin Havey of Colliers International represented Kilowatt Events.
Vieira said that property drew multiple offers and that the sale “stands as a testament to the unwavering stability and promising growth trajectory of the Morena submarket.”
