An entity recorded as Old Poway Village LLC of San Diego has purchased the Old Poway Village retail center for $6 million, according to brokerage company ECP Commercial.
The seller of the 27,453-square-foot property, at 14005-14055 Midland Road in Poway, was Old Poway LLC of San Diego, represented by ECP’s Brian Jenkins and Mike Conger. The buyer was represented by Rocco Cortese and Mark Hoekstra of The Heritage Group.
Brokers said the multi-tenant property was approximately 96 percent leased at the time of sale. The Old-West-style center was originally built in 1955 and renovated in 1998, according to CoStar Group.
