An affiliate of Anaheim-based Milan Capital Management has purchased the Pomerado Professional Plaza medical office complex in Poway for $9.3 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.
The seller of the 47,188-square-foot property, at 15706-15708 Pomerado Road, was an affiliate of Poway-based Carl Family Trust, represented by Travis Ives and Joe Zurek of brokerage firm Cushman & Wakefield Inc.
The buyer represented itself and plans extensive renovations of the property, which was about 50 percent leased at the time of sale. The property was built on approximately 4 acres in 1982.
