Woodrose LP has purchased a 34-unit apartment complex in Pacific Beach for $6.8 million, according to brokerage services provider Sperry Van Ness, which represented the buyer and seller.
The seller of the property, at 930 Thomas Ave., was Thomas M. Funke of Carlsbad.
The apartments were built on a half-acre site in 1960.
