An affiliate of Denver-based Industrial Property Trust Inc. has acquired a 13-property portfolio in Oceanside for $16.2 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.
The seller of the industrial assets, including three existing buildings and 10 land parcels totaling 25 acres, was an affiliate of New York-based Blackstone Group LP. The properties are located on Avenida Del Oro and Rocky Point Drive.
The seller was represented by Louay Alsadek, Hunter Rowe, Greg Lewis and Adam Molnar of brokerage firm CBRE Group Inc.
