TR Hale LLC has purchased a 1.5-acre parcel of land in North Park for $7.7 million, with plans to develop an upscale, mixed-use apartment project, according to brokerage company Colliers International.
Colliers’ Victor Krebs and Gunder Creager handled the transaction involving the property at 2030 El Cajon Blvd. The seller was AmProp North Park LLC.
The property was fully entitled by the seller for up to 180 multifamily residential units. Krebs said San Diego’s North Park neighborhood is seeing “significant interest” from developers looking for high-quality infill sites entitled for similar uses.
