A National City apartment complex has sold for nearly $2 million in a transaction.
Neither the buyer nor the seller was disclosed.
Built in 1973 and remodeled in 2019, the two-story complex at 1909 C Ave has nine apartments.
The 5,402 square foot complex has two studio apartments, five one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments and two two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments.

The complex also has six one-car garages.
Both the buyer and seller were represented by Adam Cairo and Seth Watje of the Gold Bear Group of South Coast Commercial Inc.
