A Little Italy apartment building has been sold for $20.7 million. Contour Lofts, 2120 Columbia St., was sold by Indev, LLC to Contour Lofts, LLC.
Built in 2019, the six-story building has 26 apartments and an office on the top floor. The apartments range from 360 square feet to 1,615 square feet.
Brendan Flynn of South Coast Commercial represented Indev. Contour Lofts, LLC represented itself.
