Rosemont LLC of San Diego has acquired a 24-unit luxury apartment community in downtown’s Little Italy for approximately $8.57 million, according to brokerage firm Berkadia.
The seller of the property, known as Billboard Lofts at 320 W. Ash St., was Sebastian Mariscal Studio of Boston, which also designed and built the apartments. The seller was represented by Berkadia’s Tyler Sinks, Ed Rosen, John Chu, Kyle Pinkalla and Erin Dammen.
Brokers said the property was built in 2003.
