A Las Vegas buyer, listed as California & Bean LLC, has purchased three industrial land parcels near San Diego International Airport for $2.5 million, according to CoStar Group and brokerage firm CBRE Group Inc.
The seller of the parcels, totaling 52,272 square feet at 3596, 3625 and 3630-3636 California St., was TOB Properties LLC of San Diego. The buyer and seller were represented by CBRE’s Tim Mills.
According to CoStar Group, the true buyer of the land is Donald Forman, a Las Vegas auto dealer. The land was most recently used by Enterprise Rent-A-Car, but the buyer’s long-term plans for the property were not immediately known.
