An Oceanside industrial building has been leased for $6 million.
Lamination Depot, Inc. signed a long-term lease on the 34,375 square-foot building at 3977 Ocean Ranch Blvd. owned by Innovative Development Enterprises, Inc
The company will use the building in the Ocean Ranch Corporate Center for its corporate offices, warehousing and distribution.
The building has about 5,000 square feet of office space and 29,375 square feet of warehouse space. It has two dock high doors and five grade level doors.
The lease was brokered by Marko Dragovic, Isaac Little and Tim Moore of Lee & Associates North San Diego County.
