J&J Marilla, LLC bought Magnolia Terrace Apartments, 9760 Marilla Drive. The seller was Pacific Magnolia Terrace SPE LLC.
The complex has 54 apartments.
Gary Kaufman of South Coast Commercial represented the seller and Cody Evans of South Coast Commercial represented the buyer.
