Los Angeles-headquartered Rexford Industrial Realty Inc. has acquired an Oceanside industrial building for approximately $7.2 million, the company announced.
A company statement said the 54,740-square-foot property at 3927 Oceanic Drive was purchased with cash on hand. Rexford officials said the seller is an owner-user “who required a flexible lease-back and an expedient closing.”
According to CoStar Group, the building was acquired from Native Bouquet LLC of Oceanside. CoStar data indicate that the property was built in 2004 and is fully occupied by wholesale flower distributor Native Bouquet Floral.
Rexford Industrial Realty Inc. (NYSE: REXR) is a real estate investment trust focused on industrial properties in Southern California infill markets. The company owns 134 properties with approximately 14.6 million rentable square feet, including several properties in San Diego County.
