Jamul Retail Center Sells for $3.8 Million

Developer Dan Floit of Del Mar has purchased Plaza La Tienda, a two-building retail property in the East County community of Jamul, for $3.8 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.

The seller of the buildings, totaling 18,636 square feet at 12918-12930 Campo Road, was Dorothy H. Washington Trust of Poway.

Timothy Kerrigan of brokerage company CBRE Group Inc. represented the buyer, with the seller represented by Joseph Bonin and Pat Geary of ECP Commercial.

In a statement, ECP officials said the property is 95 percent occupied, with tenants including 7-Eleven and Brody’s Burgers. ECP will continue to manage the property, which serves the communities of Jamul and Rancho San Diego.
