Irvine-based homebuilder CalAtlantic Homes has acquired a 170-acre residential site in San Diego’s Del Sur master-planned community for $24.5 million, according to brokerage firm Colliers International Group Inc.
The seller of the land at Carmel Valley Road and Dove Canyon Road, comprised of 171 single-family home lots in a neighborhood known as Heritage Bluffs, was Mountain Glen Family LLC of San Diego.
The buyer and seller were represented by Colliers’ David Santistevan and Gunder Creager. CalAtlantic has a regional office in San Diego and has built several residential developments in the local market.
