Biotechnology company Genentech Inc. has acquired an Oceanside industrial property for $2.7 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.
The seller of the 23,510-square-foot property, at 4040 Avenida De La Plata in the Rancho Del Oro business park, was listed as Jones Family Trust. The building was constructed on 1.3 acres in 1984 and was most recently occupied by Integrated Communications.
Genentech, which is part of Roche Group, has current Oceanside facilities at 1 Antibody Way.
