An affiliate of Beverly, Mass.-based Brookwood Financial Partners LLC has purchased a five-building Carlsbad office portfolio for $48.85 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.
The buildings, totaling 220,386 square feet, were sold off by an affiliate of New Jersey-based Prudential Insurance Co. of America. The properties are at 701, 703 and 705 Palomar Airport Road; and 1921 and 1925 Palomar Oaks Way.
The buildings are located on 12.6 acres, with four built in the 1980s and one completed in 2001.
Brookwood earlier this year acquired a three-campus portfolio of seven office buildings in Carlsbad and San Marcos for $113 million, and more recently purchased the four-building Carlsbad Executive Plaza office complex for $23.9 million, according to brokerage company DTZ.
