Waverly Place Apartments in Escondido has been sold for $4.95 million.
The Sherrad Family Trust sold the apartment complex at 321 Waverly Place to D. John Zihla & Janis T. Zihla Revocable Trust.
Built in 1985, Waverly Place Apartments has 16 two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments and two one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments.
Amenities include 34 off-street parking stalls, a pool, laundry, and interior storage.
Gary Weddle, first vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Del Mar office, represented the buyer and seller.
“Waverly Place Apartments presented investors with a true value add opportunity on a sizable asset just steps away from thriving downtown Escondido,” Weddle said.
