An Encinitas building that includes office and residential space has been sold for $3.9 million.
A&W CA, LLC. bought the two-story building at 631 3rd St.
The seller was E & E Properties, Inc.
Built in 2005, the 3,385 square-foot building has four office tenants and one residential tenant.
Peter Curry, managing director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Group, and Owen Curry, an associate represented the seller.
Sean Cadell of Sotheby’s and Ed McBee of JEM & Associates represented the buyer.
