Construction services provider Ickler Electric Corp. has purchased a Poway office and warehouse campus for approximately $6.4 million, with plans to relocate its headquarters to the two-building property.
According to brokerage firm Colliers International Group Inc., which represented the buyer and seller, Ickler Electric will occupy the 34,655-square-foot campus, at 13250 Kirkham Way, starting in March 2017. The electrical contractor, whose clients include companies in the technology, biotechnology and medical industries, will be moving from its current facilities at 12155 and 12175 Dearborn Place in Poway.
“The new location will consolidate our existing locations into a large campus that will also accommodate the consistent growth of the company,” said Ickler Electric owner Randy Minnier, in a statement from Colliers International Group.
Colliers’ Marc Posthumus represented by buyer, and Colliers’ Ted Cuthbert represented the seller, San Diego-based CWTN Associates LLC.
