San Diego investors Erik and Kristyn Thompson have acquired the 16-unit Las Palmas Apartments in El Cajon for approximately $2.2 million, according to brokerage firms ACRE Investment Real Estate Services and ACI Apartments.
The seller of the property, at 351-81 W. Palm Ave., was Marsha Barry, successor trustee of the Exemption Trust of the Melius Trust. The buyers were represented by ACI’s Brian Raynoha, and the seller was represented by ACRE’s Matthew Brothers and Bill Anderson.
Brokers said the property was built in 1958.
