Roseling Nakamura Terada Architects (RNT) has leased 10,201 square feet of space in the 60,000-square-foot Block D building in East Village.
The firm is moving its headquarters from a nearby building in the Gaslamp Quarter.
Designed by BNIM Architects, the six-story Block D was the first downtown office building awarded LEED Platinum certification by the U.S. Green Building Council in 2019 – the agency’s top rating.
Derek Hulse and Morgan Reno of Cushman & Wakefield represented Block D’s owner, L2HP, LLC.
The Star Hughes Group of Huges Marino represented RNT.
“Block D provides a highly visible and creative environment for entrepreneurs and artists to be able to share ideas and innovate. The building seems perfectly suited for this tenant,” Hulse said.
