Rossi-Kettner LLC of Long Beach has purchased a downtown office building for $5.3 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.
The seller of the 17,276-square-foot property, at 1717 Kettner Blvd., was Pastula Family Trust.
The property was built on 0.26 acres in 1979 and was fully leased at the time of sale.
