Rim Hospitality of Newport Beach has opened a new Hyatt Place hotel in Vista. It is the third Hyatt Place property in the hotel management company’s national portfolio of more than 90 hotels in 19 states, the firm said in a statement.
The 150-room Hyatt Place is located off Melrose Drive, near the city’s border with Carlsbad. Hyatt Place is a mid-priced national brand of Hyatt Corp., targeting business travelers and others on extended stays.
Operators said the new Hyatt Place in Vista has approximately 1,500 square feet of meeting space with high-tech media capabilities, a 24-hour business center with computer stations, and high-speed Wi-Fi in all guest rooms.
On-site amenities include a guest kitchen, a bakery-café and a full fitness center.
