San Diego-based biotech Conatus Pharmaceuticals Inc. plans to move its corporate headquarters from the University Towne Center area to a new leased facility in the Rancho Bernardo area.
The move, which will take place July 25-27, comes exactly one year after the company went public, when it raised $66 million an initial public offering of 6 million shares.
Conatus (Nasdaq: CNAT) is focused on developing medicines to treat liver disease. Among those is emricasan, which is designed to reduce the activity of enzymes that mediate inflammation and cell death.
The company’s new headquarters will be at 16745 W Bernardo Drive, and the move will involve changing its phone numbers. Its current phone numbers will remain effective until noon July 24, when the company will close for the move. New phone numbers will be listed on the company’s website when it reopens July 28.
